    I have been booking with them for about 10 years. When I call I book with whoever answers they all are competent to book cruises. Also my last cruise was with Groups Karen Buford, she was SO AMAZING. She helped book a large group with many name changes, room changes, and cancellations, plus add on. She was always professional and notified me that if she didn't answer I could leave a message or email her and she would address any concerns I had. I have read through the comments but I have never had any problems that management didn't solve. Also I am Diamond with Cruisesonly and from the start I have received every shore excursion and resort for a day voucher, they are email at least month before your cruise. Even when my level change and I wasn't able to get the level change in the voucher due to back to back cruise the manger issued me a good will voucher. Just remember it is very important to understand the contract. Cruisesonly offers many incentives and I have referred many friends that are in love with all the PERKs that come along with booking with them. 25 plus cruises and me and my friends have always received all incentives promised. It's good to note that if you book under one promotion and change to another promotion you will need to make sure changing promotion doesn't cancel out incentives and decide which option/deal is best.

    I've booked 4 cruises with Melissa Lemke at CruisesOnly. All have been handled well. I suspect the negative reviews I've read here are due to unrealized expectations. It's important to know what Cruises Only does and does not do. It's spelled out pretty clearly in the terms of agreement. As far as making contact I have spoken with Melissa over the phone several times over the years and have never been put on hold or sent to voice mail. The secret? SHE CALLS ME! We hammer out the cruise boiler plate through e-mails and then when we need to discuss something over the phone I e-mail Melissa my availability and Melissa calls me. If you are new to cruising you cannot go wrong with Melissa so long as you understand the company terms of agreement. My suggestion? ASK QUESTIONS. For example, "This cruise package has unlimited beverage package, correct?" "No. There is a 15 beverage limit per day." "I can use my Future Cruise Credit to pay gratuities, correct?" "No. Future Cruise Credit can only be used for the cost of the cruise. However, you can purchase a cruise that INCLUDES Beverage Package, Internet and Gratuities and pay with your Future Cruise Credit." Putting together a cruise can be challenging, especially if you are using Award Travel credits. Here is the sequence I follow. Nail down your cruise departure and return date. Note the airlines usually have their highest rates during the times you need BUT keep looking! On my last cruise I found 1st class tickets on the two longest legs of travel to and from the cruise port for 25k each way. 50K for each first class round trip ticket. Book it NOW and be sure the airline offers NO FEE cancellation through the date of your cruise. Next find the best cabin. Look and look some more. Princess has Balcony cabins at bargain prices but keep looking! They also have PREMIUM Balcony cabins at even better prices. I didn't figure this out on my own; Melissa gets the credit for my whatever I've learned.
